Tidy up

Every year Ballintrillick Environmental Group ('BEG') have an Annual Community Clean Up and are assisted by local volunteers.  Ballintrillick 12th Scouts Group are also assisting with the clean up for 2014.

The history to this is 9 people formed BEG in March 1992 when concerns were raised about the high levels of illegal dumping in the scenic area of Ballintrillick, North Co Sligo. A clean up day was organised which mobilised local interest and support which became an annual event with 2014 seeing the 22nd annual clean up.
